first day back at work, and it’s rough, there is a vibe that is soooo toxic….
Work gave us all gift cards again, and I decided to buy a visa gift card with it, because I wanted to use the cash to get some Christmas decorations at another store…but guess what you can’t buy with a Publix gift card….
shitty newer girl who transferred as part time clearly is friends with someone, because they waited until the last minute and weeks later have changed her status at her old store as full time…which means they want to have us use her full time….she is useless and isn’t going to happen.
I stepped outside to work on my front stoop/porch and there was a small pack of dogs wandering thru the top of my yard, and I looked down to mix some paint and heard barking so I looked up, and this giant pit bull mix dog was heading right for me….not friendly…
I kind of froze, but then just went stern auntie on him and when he wouldn’t stop barking, and when he made no attempt to politely sniff my hand I told him he was being a bad boy…he kept barking, but his stub tail was wagging some…and he left so a win I guess? Which was good because this dog could have wrecked me.
